Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking to step into a dynamic role? We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Operations Manager at the Dolphin Shopping Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy property management team, where your work will help ensure the smooth and compliant running of the centre.
In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Organise and track tenant inspections and compliance documentation
- Assist with audit preparation and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records for utilities, contracts, and inspections
- Liaise with contractors and support contract management processes
What you’ll bring:
- Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a facilities, property, or office management environment is a plus
