We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Junior Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate professionally over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
- Utilise Microsoft Office package for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Invoicing.
- Support financial processes by entering data into our bespoke office package and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Organise files and maintain an orderly filing system for easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent and professional phone skills to communicate with customers and suppliers
