Office Administrator/Scheduler

RM & SJ Jones & Son is an established business in Breage, Helston. Our business specialises in the emptying of septic tanks and cesspools, and also in the repair of existing tanks and the installation of new tanks, sewage treatment plants, land drains and soakaways.
We are a small friendly team who require someone friendly, professional and experienced to join us. Our company is based on a working farm, with a busy hive of activity. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a farm office environment, including interacting with dogs and children. The ability to work as part of a team and individually is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Booking and scheduling septic tank empties, alongside managing Southwest Water bookings
- Inputting of customer invoices onto database/accounts system (SAGE/ACT software)
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Manage supplier and customer accounts using SAGE/ACT software.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be flexible within the company
- Experience in using database/account software an advantage - Training available based on experience
Hours:
Full-time
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
