Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our school and we are looking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator who will fit in well in our busy and friendly office.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily administration and ensuring the smooth running of the school office. The administrator will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, managing processes, and contributing to the planning and development of support services within the school.

Term time only

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: Bucks Pay 2 starting salary £25,625 pro-rata for 39 weeks only

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 8am until 4pm

Position Details: Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Are you an organised professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a proactive and efficient Office Administrator to become a valued member of our team.

As a small, forward-thinking, child-centred school, we take pride in fostering strong partnerships with parents and creating a welcoming environment for our community.
While prior experience with school administration systems is advantageous, it is not essential. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to individuals who bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to the role.
