As an Office Administrator for Altrad Generation, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks, ensuring the office is organised and daily tasks are completed efficiently.
This role will include exposure to areas within HR, Payroll and Compliance
Duties
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
Specification
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure
