Due to continued growth, Universal Cooling are looking to expand our admin team with the addition of an Office Administrator
The role will include answering the phones, raising purchase orders, updating service records, invoicing, data input on spreadsheets and general admin duties.
Excellent attention to detail is a must
The successful candidate should be confident, and have a good telephone manner and be willing to learn on the job. All training will be given internally.
Role Overview:
As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the service department by ensuring efficient scheduling, customer communication, and administrative coordination. You will be the go-to person for the maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-planned maintenance appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and logs
- Liaise with customers to confirm bookings, follow-ups, and resolve queries
- Process work orders, invoices, and service documentation
- Support the service team with administrative tasks and scheduling
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service coordinator role is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
