Job Title: Office Administrator (Part-Time)

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is confident managing administrative tasks, payroll, and customer care. You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both internal operations and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly wages using Sage
- Managing customer care through our internal database
- Inputting invoices and maintaining accurate records in Eque2 job costing package
- Logging boilers on online portals and applying for relevant rebates
- Handling general office administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Supporting colleagues and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
- Knowledge of Sage (payroll) and ideally Eque2 (job costing package)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident in managing databases and general IT systems
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities within set hours
