What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing applicants for some of our high-profile clients
- Contacting employers and educational institutions to verify candidate information
- Following up with clients and candidates to gather missing details
- Writing detailed, accurate reports, flagging any inconsistencies
- Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with client-specific requirements
- Responding to client queries and concerns professionally and promptly
What We’re Looking For :
- A keen eye for detail — you can spot an uncrossed 't' from a mile away
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys speaking with people
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
- Typing speed of 20 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex information
