Monarch Transport Limited are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our office by supporting various administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Raising customer invoices.
- Creating new supplier and customer accounts on our bespoke CRM
- Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone to obtain paperwork.
- Scheduling supplier payments.
- Investigate and conclude supplier queries.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Hours of work are 20 Monday to Friday (can be flexible with days/times)
Salary is £13.00 per hour (paid weekly)
