Administrator
IOC now have a vacancy for a full time, ‘Administrator’ required to work from our Head Office based in Barking. This is an office based role.
The role will include the following duties:
Handling telephone enquiries/emails
Administrative support to contract managers
Liaise with suppliers/clients as and when required
New Business/one-off Quotations
Registering new cleaning operative applicants
Assist with company fortnightly payroll administration
Ensure COSSH, site folders are maintained
Issue employee contracts
Fleet Audits
General administrative duties – post, stationary, filing, photocopying, deliveries, orders
The ideal candidate for this role must have previous experience within a busy office environment working in an administration role.
This is a varied role and other duties will need to be undertaken as required. To be considered you must have the following skills:
· Good all round computer skills including Excel, Word, outlook
· Good organisational skills
· Good telephone manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
