GRIP Technologies Limited is market leader proving medico-legal software and administration services to the doctors and consultants. Our head office is based in Sutton Surrey and we have an exciting opportunity for a new office administrator to join our team.
Typical work activities will include the following:
Using a variety of different software such as online web based diary systems and company's bespoke software.
Typing, composing correspondence, dealing with telephone calls and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, data entry, scanning documents, keeping diaries, devising and maintaining office systems, liaising with other team members and with external contacts, organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Candidate must have good computer, GDPR knowledge, Microsoft Excel and excellent Communication (Telephone and Emails) skills.

Successful applicants must have previous office administration experience.
