We are looking for a full time, highly motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join the team.
This is a Monday to Friday office based role.
You will be highly organised and capable of working within a busy and demanding environment. You will have excellent communication and listening skills and be capable of a high degree of initiative as well as having a flexible approach to departmental requirements.
You will need to be organised and flexible in managing the demands of a busy administration role, providing prompt and effective support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for the team and you will have a compassionate and responsive approach, and be able to form strong and supportive connections with others
The administrator will be the primary point of contact for all administrative matters within the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide confidential administrative support to the (Team/Service) including answering telephone enquiries, arrangement of meetings, basic minute taking, answering routine correspondence and e-mails as directed.
- To be the main point of contact for utilities.
- To respond to routine telephone and letters.
- To undertake a range of business support functions including dealing with post,photocopying, accurate data inputting, placing orders and processing expenses, maintaining cost centre budget spreadsheets, managing imprest accounts /petty cash where appropriate and collating regular statistical information for returns.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
