Basic Salary up to £25,000

The Role:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised environment.
- Provide and manage routes and jobs for engineers on the road.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments for colleagues and customers.
- Support other administrative tasks as required to facilitate office efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with CRM is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in computerised office systems and software applications.
