Purpose
Countyloos provides hire services to the construction and event industries. Products available for hire include portable toilets, luxury trailer units, welfare cabins, canteens and stores. We also provide a range of services to empty and clean toilets whilst on hire and re-stock any consumables required.
The key purpose of this role is to assist in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at all times, by helping organise the hire and collection of products and the timely and efficient delivery of our services.
Duties
- Handle daily inbound customer calls and emails, interacting as required
- Accept new customer bookings, reviewing diary system to ensure there is free capacity
- Arrange collection of products once the customer no longer requires them on-hire
- Help to resolve customer and driver queries, or redirect them to a colleague as necessary
- Use route planning software to coordinate driver workloads for deliveries, collections and servicing
- Monitor product stock levels and asset numbers, to ensure products are available for hire for future dates/events
- Use vehicle tracker system to assist drivers finding new sites
- Contact customers to request and obtain overdue payments
- Provide any ad-hoc support and carry out any ad-hoc tasks that may be necessary
Skills
- Able to learn about the company and develop a good commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills, able to quickly learn dedicated software
- Logical and analytical mindset to ensure new customers and jobs can fit in with existing workloads
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work individually or as part of a wider team
- Prepared to take on any admin task required to get the job done and meet customer requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
