Our company is looking for a responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and preforming the company’s general administrative needs.

Administrator responsibilities include making accommodation arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems.Keeping uptodate training records.Processing expenses ,Purchasing. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

* Answer and direct phone calls

* Stock - Creating Delivery notes ,Arranging collection with sender company,Filing and saving paperwork.

* Use of sage 50 accounts creating purchase order numbers.

* Write and distribute emails / MS Outlook

*Processing expenses matching receipts recording Vat, filing and saving.

*Creating and sending customer quotations.

* Maintain Electronic filing system.

* Hiring and off hiring of mechanical Equipment.

* In accordance with service demands provide general office services such as scanning, photocopying, collation, lamination, binding.

* Maintain contact lists.

* Book Accommodation.

* Maintain site safety and training Certificates.

* Liaise with and handle requests and queries from senior managers.

*Vehicles Booking servicing and repairs,dealing with vehicle fines, filling and keeping records up to date.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an administrator.

* Working knowledge of office equipment.

* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word in particular)

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

* Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £13.60 / hour
