We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Office Admin & Marketing Staff member to support our day-to-day operations and help grow our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while also being creative and active in executing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized records and databases
- Support HR and recruitment documentation
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Assist with daily office operations and coordination
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
- Experience in admin or marketing roles preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
