We‘re looking for a motivated, experienced and proactive young professional to support our daily office operations.
This is a full-time, rewarding role that requires organisational skills, a great customer care persona, excellent telephone manner and great MS Office skills.

Essential requirements
- Customer Care persona
- Computer savvy with excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
- Well-rounded experience in office admin
- Experience in the heating and/or cooling industry preferred

The role
- Liaise with our customers (telephone/email) while providing excellent customer service
- Support with all service, repair and maintenance bookings
- Successfully schedule appointments for customers while building value for our business
- General office administration and handling of day-to-day operations, including PO receipting, accounting receipting, and supplier accounts
- Handling customer invoices & payments (inc. billing, facilitating customer payments, expenses tracking, etc…)
- Support the onsite engineering teams with schedule and bookings information
- Daily support the Operations Manager and Business Director
