The role will be primarily working alongside senior staff, assisting with accounts, purchasing and general office admin. The role will require regular liaison with various suppliers, on site staff and enquires coming into the business

Daily Tasks will include:
- Generating and recoding order numbers
- Working with senior management to source materials for unique sites
- Answering incoming calls to the company and directing to the relevant parties.
- Aiding senior management with their tasks.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers.
- Ensuring timesheets for workers on site are processed and passed onto accounts
- Answering quires from customers, tenants and contractors
- Managing both physicals files and e-files
The Successful Candidate must be
· Good attention to detail and demonstrate initiative
· Motivated both in terms of the job and themselves
· Strong IT skills
· Ability to prioritise work load
· Some knowledge of accounts process
Salary is dependant on experience.
Driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday
Pay: £22,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year
This role is considered full time and located in the office, working from home would not be available. Although, part-time may be considered for the right candidate.
