Kiddisafe Nursery is well established within the community and has been operating since 2007. The nursery is ideally situated in Leicester City. We are looking at recruiting qualified, experienced Level 3 or above nursery lead to join our friendly professional team.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (flexible hours 40-45hrs a week)
Job Role:
- To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting.
- To keep records of your key children’s development and online learning journeys and share with parents, carers.
- Support all staff and engage in a good team work
- supervising staff, managing quality of care and session delivery
- To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers.
- To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children.
- Maintaining safeguarding procedures
Skills and Experience
- A warm, caring, and patient nature
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way
- A sense of responsibility
- Keen interest in child development
- The ability to work in a team
- Committed to lifelong learning and skill building
Essential:
- Minimum 1 +year experience working in Early Years
- Experienced and knowledgeable in EYFS
- NVQ Level 3 and above
- Able to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential
