Be Me Day Nurseries are operated by the Kent Family. We are an Ofsted rated Outstanding family run business who provide childcare for children aged 3 months – 5 years.

Summary
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This role is vital in creating a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. You will play a key role in supporting their development and well-being while working closely with parents and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Support the emotional and social development of each child in your care.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure high standards of care are met.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Leadership skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
