What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be the heartbeat of our setting, helping children aged 0–5 flourish through play, learning, and love.
You’ll:
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark imagination and support development
- Build strong bonds with children, families, and your team
- Observe and record children’s progress, celebrating every milestone
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment every single day
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who’s not just qualified, but truly passionate. You’ll bring:
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (desirable not essential)
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive
- Creativity, energy, and a warm, caring nature
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
