Lesley’s Private Day Nursery is a large, well equipped professional and friendly nursery set in the peaceful and beautiful grounds of Mortec Hall. A stunning grade II listed stately hall. We provide the highest levels of day care for children from 0-4yrs.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Catering Assistant to join our small, dedicated team and help keep our little learners happy and well fed.
What we are looking for:
Experience in catering is preferred but not essential - full training will be given.
A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude are essential.
The ability to work well as part of a small, supportive team.
A friendly, approachable manner (You will be part of the children's daily routine)
Catering Assistant role responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment (Lots of washing up)
Work closely with the team to keep mealtimes smooth and enjoyable.

The hours of work are:
35 Hours a week (which include a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Week 1: 09.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday
Week 2: 10.00am – 5.00pm, Monday - Friday
