The Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Customer Service Administrator to join our busy operations team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our installation team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking installations to resolving customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone and email to arrange installation dates that suit their schedules.
- Schedule installations efficiently, taking into account location, job size, and proximity to other bookings to maximise installer productivity and minimise travel time.
- Amend installation schedules when necessary and communicate changes clearly to customers.
- Handle customer service enquiries, including issues such as damaged products or rescheduling requests.
- Maintain accurate records in our systems, ensuring details are always up to date.
- Work closely with the wider operations team to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Provide general administrative support to keep our operations running efficiently.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (preferably in a similar industry, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Confident using email, phone, and scheduling software.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
