Fixed Term Contract Transport Supervisor – International Operations
Location: Heathrow
9 Month Full-time fixed term contract Mon to Fri 22:00 - 07:00 (including occasional weekends dependant on volumes )

We’re looking for a Transport Supervisor on our Night Shift to join our dynamic team and help drive operational excellence across our international transport network. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a busy environment, who is passionate about delivering excellent service.

As a Transport Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in our international operations team. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team, working closely with ground handlers, hauliers, gateways, and internal teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your mission? Deliver a seamless, efficient, and customer-focused transport operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning rotas, running workshops, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying ways to boost performance and reduce costs
- Managing inbound and outbound transport operations
- Supporting import/export transport strategies and compliance
- Playing a key role during peak periods and special projects
- Promoting a safe, secure, and compliant working environment
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Experience in transport or logistics (air import/export knowledge is a bonus!)
- Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
