Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Night Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a gambling environment and eager to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various promotional events and initiatives, gaining valuable experience and skills along the way. Tackling daily issues that may occur with our machines and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the venue.
- Checking ID of customers who look 25 and under following our Think 25 policy.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional tasks and delivering high- quality results within established timelines.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to promoting events, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Communicate openly and effectively with team members, sharing updates, progress reports, and any potential issues or concerns.
- Support team members in various administrative tasks, such as cleaning, organising documents, and maintaining great customer service.
- Offer snacks and drinks to customers.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, seeking opportunities to learn new skills and expand your knowledge within the gambling industry.
- Money handling skills
- Managing team members on shift
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- To be confident and comfortable lone working at times on shift.
- Passion for working in a gambling environment and a desire to contribute to the success of the team and the organisation.
- A DBS check would be required for all candidates.
