We are looking for people who are genuinely passionate and committed to caring for vulnerable young people and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
The role will require you to engage with and support young people around their individual day to day needs and activities within a home setting, whilst adhering to the highest standards of social work and child care practice.
We have a therapeutic approach to the care and support we provide and work closely with our child psychotherapist and CAMHS, to ensure that our team are able to understand and meet the emotional needs of our young people.
The Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare is a minimum requirement for this role and therefore successful candidates will have have this or another relevant qualification; or be willing to study towards gaining this qualification
