The successful candidates will be reporting to the Duty Manager & General Manager of the Hotel. The role involves working over several departments in the Hotel. They will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximise the financial performance of the company.
Hours
Flexible hours during the Hotel’s operational times from the hours of 10.00pm to 7.00am or as otherwise informed.
Skills
Impeccable service standards and customer care skills.
Ability to carry out any task when given appropriate training.
Core Work Activities
Telephone answering and enquiries.
Maintain the hotel safety and security procedures - Carry out security checks throughout the night
Demonstrate knowledge of hotel’s facilities - deal with customer enquiries and questions

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
