Based in Coventry city center a mid-sized care home for the elderly is looking for a NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT to join their team.
It is a homely environment with the staff team in place for many years. The residents are elderly, frail, and 1st level of dementia.
We are looking for a carer that has the best interests of our residents at heart and will provide an excellent level of care.
Working as part of a team of carers in a residential care home for the elderly. Duties include day-to-day assistance with residents including personal care, dressing, occasionally assisting residents with meals, together with helping residents socially interact.
Confidentiality is of very high importance together with promoting dignity and independence of residents.
The position is for 2 NIGHTS and the sift is from 8 pm to 8 am
A diploma in Health & Social Care or NVQ II is preferred although considerable training and support will be available to the right candidate
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
