Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Inbound New Business Representative to join our busy Inbound New Business Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound hire enquiries from new customer prospects via phone, email, and online channels
- Qualify leads, assess their equipment and hire needs, and match them with the right products and services
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes and actively engage in upselling opportunities
- Follow-through and close new customer hires, ensuring first impressions translate into lasting relationships
- Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in customer-facing, inbound sales, or quotation-driven roles (ideally within hire, plant, powered access, or equipment industries)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Goal-driven with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to drive conversions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment

- Familiarity with plant hire, tool hire, power access equipment, or waste management sectors

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
