Multimodal Operations Coordinator
Location: Staines-upon-Thames (Hybrid Working Available)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multimodal Operations Coordinator to join our team in Staines-upon-Thames. This role gives the option for hybrid working, ideal for a logistics professional with strong knowledge of air, road, and sea freight operations, covering both imports and exports.
This role involves supporting the wider operations team, including providing holiday cover and stepping in where needed to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multimodal freight operations: air, road, and sea (import and export)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and clients to coordinate shipments
- Provide operational support across the team and cover during absences
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in handling air, road, and sea freight preferred
- Strong knowledge of import and export procedures
- Candidates with focused experience (e.g. all imports, exports, air or sea only) will also be considered
- Experience with Boxtop, Sequoia, and CDS customs entries is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Proactive, flexible, and dependable approach
