About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to lead and coordinate our growing multimedia content strategy. This role blends creative video and audio production with strong operational support for the marketing team.
The role will lead on managing our video and podcast content, from concept through to delivery, while also supporting scheduling, guest coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day production workflows.
The role will entail management, execution and delivery of key Arrow generated content on Youtube, Instagram, Spotify and other relevant platforms. It will require keen product knowledge and regular collaboration across our sales & marketing, production, technical teams and numerous external agencies and third-party partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute multi-platform video content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Plan, direct, and film shoots, including interviews, talking-heads, and promotional content
- Manage podcast production: scheduling, recording, editing, and guest coordination
- Brief editors (internal/external) to maintain brand consistency and quality
- Repurpose content for cross-platform use and maintain a unified content calendar
- Collaborate with internal teams and PR to schedule interviews, secure approvals, and align messaging
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics; support reporting
- Stay current with social trends and platform best practices; suggest new formats to boost engagement
- Manage external agencies (PR, Social Media, Media Planning) and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams
- Support brand and ARROW marketing plans across SVOD channels in the UK, US, and Canada
- Assist with events, social media, and general marketing tasks as needed
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years' experience in video/audio/multimedia production (agency or in-house)
- Proven project management skills from brief to delivery
- Hands-on filming and directing experience, with solid camera, audio, and lighting knowledge
- Proficient in editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro; Adobe Creative Suite desired)
- Familiar with performance analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, etc.)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time and task management
- Confident communicator, experienced in guest coordination and external liaison
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Portfolio of video/audio work required
- Experience with external PR, Social, and Creative agencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with tools like Teams and Asana
- Professional, clear communicator both internally and externally
- Flexible, efficient, and able to multitask effectively
