We’re looking for a reliable and skilled (role 1) multi-skilled tradesman and (role 2) carpenter to join our growing team at DC Building Services Limited. These roles involve working across a variety of high-end residential projects, including full home renovations, extensions, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, and general building work. You’ll be expected to work to a high standard with good attention to detail, and be comfortable with both independent work and being part of a team. Additional hours and weekend work is sometimes available.
What We Need:
- Role 1 - experience in tiling/plastering/bricklaying across extensions, new builds and renovation projects
- Role 2 - minimum carpentry level 2 city and guilds with carpentry experience. First and second fix carpentry.
- Ability to assist with general labour and other building tasks when needed.
- Own transport and tools.
- Flexible and reliable with a good work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new skills if needed.
- Examples of previous work are essential.
- Able to work in customers homes with good communication skills.
