Multi-Trader – Landscaping & Renovations

Location: Hampshire & Berkshire (ideally based between Basingstoke and Reading)

PropCare Building & Maintenance Ltd works with several estate agents and property managers, delivering everything from small maintenance jobs to full-scale refurbishments. We hold large maintenance contracts, but our focus is on bathroom and kitchen installs, landscaping projects, patios, and renovations.
We’re on the lookout for a professional, presentable Multi-Trader who can manage landscaping projects from start to finish — someone who can take ownership, work independently, and keep standards high.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong landscaping experience — patios, fencing, groundwork
- Able to run jobs from start to finish
- Preferable skills in bathrooms, kitchens, roofing, plastering, tiling, and general multi-trade work
- Tidy, reliable, good with tenants/clients
- Based in or near Basingstoke/Reading
- Driving licence required
- Own tools and van preferred (company van available if needed)
