We are seeking a passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen assistant, in this role, you will play a vital part in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that our meals meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will contribute in creating a delightful dining experiences for our guests in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Working flexible hours / days
- Help with preparation of a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Support the serving team by assisting with plating and presentation of dishes.
Skills
- Full training given
- Previous kitchen experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
