Are you a skilled Multi Trader with a passion for delivering top-quality repairs? Do you take pride in getting the job done right the first time? If so, we want you on our busy Asset Delivery team, where your expertise will help us provide outstanding service to our customers.
We’re looking for reliable, versatile professionals who can turn their hand to a wide range of trades and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance across multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, flooring, tiling
- Working in occupied and void properties within the social housing sector
- Using a PDA device to manage and update your workload
- Participating in our emergency on-call rota when required
What You’ll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Proven experience across a broad range of building trades
- Strong track record of customer service and “right first time” repairs
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work flexibly and independently
- Experience in social housing or maintenance (desirable)
- Confidence using mobile devices to manage tasks
Working Hours:
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Core hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible based on business needs)
- Occasional Saturday work on a rota basis
