Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of trade skills and be able to perform various maintenance and repair tasks across different areas. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The Multi Trader will work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Duties
- Carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete larger projects or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents.
Skills
- Proficiency in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
