The Role
We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to help deliver high-quality maintenance works across our housing portfolio. You’ll be working on a mix of planned projects and reactive jobs — always with the backing of a strong, supportive team.
You’ll be doing things like:
- Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and general maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving property issues
- Keeping residents updated and happy with the works
- Following health and safety procedures on every job
- Completing job reports via mobile system
What You’ll Need
- At least 3 years in a multi-trade or similar role (housing experience ideal)
- Skilled in at least three of the following: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting
- NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- A good attitude, strong work ethic, and solid communication skills
