We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our property maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in repairs, handyman work, and multi-skilled trades, looking for a stable role with varied tasks across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general property maintenance and repairs
- Delivering high-quality work across multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating, flooring, and general building
- Attending jobs independently and diagnosing issues effectively
- Ensuring all work is completed to health & safety standards
- Providing excellent customer service on every job
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-trade, handyman, or maintenance roles
- Skilled across a variety of trades with the ability to complete jobs to a high standard
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Own tools (advantageous but not essential)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills
