Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills across various trades, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and masonry. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance, repair, and construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including wall and floor finishing and masonry works.
- Conduct painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of buildings and facilities.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain an organised work area and ensure tools and equipment are kept in good condition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role across multiple trades.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to the trade.
- Skills in plastering, masonry are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to handle manual labour tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's licence may be required for transportation between job sites.
