Job Summary
To sell static caravans and lodges to new and existing holiday home owners. You must have previous experience in holiday home sales. Reporting into the Prana Leisure Group leadership team you will be responsible for lead generation and nurturing to achieve the agreed sales and margins. The role requires you to generate enquires & create appointments at the resort and demonstrate the holiday homes on offer. You will have the support of an external marketing team, Hubspot CRM software and be part of a wider team of sales professionals working across the business. A positive attitude and energetic approach with the ability to build relationships face to face & through the telephone.
Duties
- To ensure the agreed sales turnover and gross profit targets as defined in the budget.
- To work with the senior leadership team & execute the planning of the annual sales strategy.
- To take full accountability in the delivery of all FCA and Consumer Rights compliance.
- To ensure that you act on all possible sales opportunities from a wide variety of sources including walk ins, website, social media and telephone enquiries.
- To ensure self generated leads are always being created by networking with businesses and affiliates. Regular feedback to be given to the leadership team on progress.
- To ensure a proactive balanced New Customer / Owner engagement sales process is delivered.
- To actively manage the sales pipeline and ensure a high level of conversion from lead to completion.
- To ensure the set compliant sales process is fully adhered to.
- To work in conjunction with the leadership team in setting the pricing for sales units.
- To oversee all Part Exchange pricing ensuring margins are achieved. Eg caravan decking, finance and other extras.
- To manage all sales stock.
- To report on a weekly basis all leads, sign ups, pipeline, sales, revenue, profits and conversions.
- To encourage a motivating atmosphere within the whole resort teams.
- To act as the liaison, point for all manufacturers, and all external companies where relevant.
- To plan, manage and communicate all site actions with the leadership team or relevant persons.
- To ensure that all stock is PDI within 24 hours
- To ensure that all stock is kept clean and presentable for viewings at any time.
- To actively seek new opportunities in extra revenue generation.
- To act as an ambassador for the business and ensure that the company is promoted externally at every relevant occasion.
- To perform any other duties as required by the company to ensure the successful and efficient running of the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience of Holiday Home Sales
- Previous experience of IT
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written with the ability to build rapport quickly
