We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Installer to deliver high-quality adaptations and installations across residential properties in Norfolk and Suffolk. This includes wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, UPVC doors, wooden steps, access ramps, and modular ramp systems.
Plastering experience is advantageous but not essential. We value a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and adapt wet rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens to a high standard.
- Fit UPVC doors, wooden steps, and modular ramp systems for accessibility.
- Carry out multi-trade duties including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, flooring (hot and cold weld), and painting.
- Work safely and professionally in occupied homes, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
- Maintain accurate records using PDAs and follow Nexus Adapt’s operational procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist other team members where needed to help fulfil company obligations.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in wet room installations and/or adaptations.
- Skilled in a range of trades: carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring, and general building work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital – including MS Teams and email).
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to pass vetting for Sizewell C
Desirable (Not Essential):
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
- Familiarity with modular access systems and disability adaptations.
- Experience in the social housing or local authority adaptations sector.
- Proficiency with job management software and digital reporting (e.g. PDAs).
