Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with both hand tools and power tools. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our machinery and vehicles, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Duties
- Servicing of a range of Motorcycles
- Building new Motorcycles for customers, we deal with a range of suppliers all bikes sold will need to be built.
- Carrying out PDI's on all new vehicles to ensure the safety of each bike and rectifying any potential issues before the bike is handed over to the customer.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate testing equipment and methods.
- Perform inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
- Interacting with customers from a range of aspects from simply booking in a customers bike for a service or repair, or to assisting with customer interest on sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanic .
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid Motorcycle licence or as a minimum a CBT would be essential.

We would be looking for someone who is available to work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
And available to work 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
