Job Summary
As a Mobile Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles at customer locations. You’ll work independently, and provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform a range of services including brake jobs, battery replacements, oil changes, and minor engine repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate service records
- Uphold company standards for safety, efficiency, and professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic (3+ years preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Own tools preferred (specialty tools provided)
