Sustainable FM are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Joiner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out joinery and maintenance work across various locations.
Perform a range of joinery tasks, including but not limited to wet wall installation, replacing chipboard floors, general repairs and ad hoc jobs
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various properties and facilities.
Assess and troubleshoot joinery-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Travel to different sites as required, holding a valid UK driving license.
Qualifications:
- Hold a recognised joinery qualification.
- Possess a full and valid UK driving license. for a minimum of 2 year. be over 25
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
