Supervisor/Cleaner
A Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is required to work in areas across North and West of London. A company vehicle will be provided for business use only. Minimum 40 hours per week, however, you must be prepared to work additional hours as and when required. You will be required to cover early morning starts, evenings and occasional weekends.
Full in house training to be provided. Company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided for business use. Opportunity may arise for IPAF/PASMA training for high level cleaning.
Full UK driving license required (vehicle is manual).
Salary of £30,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule; Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work; Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements; Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use; Observe and comply with site rules and and regulations at all times; Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order; Report all machine and building faults to line manager; Respond courteously to customer and management requests; Undertake any other duties required by line managers; To use time and attendance system to record working hours.
Knowledge and experience:
Preferably have cleaning experience, however, training can be provided; Supervisory experience would be an advantage as some supervision of other staff may be required; An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position. If you do not have a DBS then NECS will cover the cost to apply.
