Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.

- Proficient in basic math for managing orders and transactions effectively.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar or cocktail setting.
