PCO Minicab Driver Required for Council-Based School Runs

About the Role:
We are seeking professional and reliable PCO-licensed minicab drivers to join our team for council-based school runs in London. This role involves transporting children safely to and from school, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct school runs for children, ensuring they are picked up and dropped off safely and on time.
- Adhere to designated routes and schedules provided by the council.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in roadworthy condition at all times.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with children, parents, school staff, and council representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of journeys, including times, mileage, and any incidents.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid PCO license issued by Transport for London (TfL).
- Clean UK driving license.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of London’s roads and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo one.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with potential for morning and afternoon shifts.
