Safely operate minibuses and coaches to transport passengers to designated locations.
Adhere strictly to all traffic and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering passengers' questions and addressing concerns.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
Maintain accurate records of hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger numbers.
Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a minibus or coach driver, with a good knowledge of local and regional routes.
Excellent driving skills and awareness of traffic regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers with disabilities if required.
