Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Coaching: Provide empathetic, results-oriented support through one-on-one and group sessions, helping clients set and achieve impactful goals.
- Leadership Training: Design and deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and training sessions for diverse audiences, both virtually and in-person.
- Program Development: Collaborate on the creation and refinement of mentorship programs, corporate training content, and development pathways.
- Progress Tracking: Develop personalised action plans for clients and monitor their growth journey through structured coaching processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentorship, or leadership training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt content for different learning styles and settings.
- Skilled in both remote and in-person facilitation.
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning and development.
