Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential members, promoting our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for sales, along with the ability to utilise Salesforce for tracking interactions and managing leads. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset, enabling us to reach a broader audience.
Duties
- Engage with prospective members through various communication channels to promote membership benefits and services.
- Run members classes
- Conduct needs analysis to understand potential members' requirements and tailor offerings accordingly.
- Utilise Salesforce effectively to manage leads, track interactions, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing membership enrolment and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, programmes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to potential members.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not essential; however, it will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential members.
